Before real estate, Tracy spent more than ten years as a clinical therapist, so listening, problem-solving, and helping people stay grounded when things get stressful come pretty naturally to her. She brings that same approach to buyers and sellers, with an emphasis on clear communication, practical guidance, and making sure clients understand what is happening every step of the way.

Originally from Sayreville, New Jersey, better known as Bon Jovi’s hometown, Tracy now lives in North Myrtle Beach with her husband, one dog, four cats, and a rapidly growing love of boating. She is also an ultrarunner, which probably explains both her stubbornness and her ability to keep going when a real estate transaction gets complicated.
